Schools are 1-2 years in length with an associate degree of
science. Clinical skills learned are practiced during school in a
hospital setting. Most states have licensure laws which mean you
must pass a national test, with a 70% pass rate. (from
the NBRC) If you are leaning towards a management
position, most offer means of acquiring a BS degree.
