Oxygen Titration………   BID & PRN to keep sats > 92%   

*Respiratory Care performs only incentive instructs unless ordered 

through  the protocol & patient is a triage 1 or 2. All others are turned over to nursing 

staff after initial instruction. No evaluations will be generated on routine post-op
