| RE- Evaluation Frequency
Re-evaluation
will be performed in accordance with the
patients’ acuity level (triage number). The acuity level may
change with each evaluation. The patent will be assessed
with and therapy adjusted when necessary.

If 2 consecutive
evaluations remain unchanged re-evals may be extended to every
7 days.
*If
after 3 days of daily evaluation, a Triage 1 patient is found
to be chronic but stable, evaluations may be performed every 3
days.
Patients
with a triage score of 1 and those greater with aerosol
treatments to be given at a frequency greater the q4 should be
discussed with their primary physician.
In addition, during
the course of therapy, the physician will be called if the
patient’s clinical status deteriorates, or if an adverse
reaction occurs.
